Job Role:

Sales Officer – LAP (Loan Against Property)

Location:

Multiple locations across Karnataka, including Mysuru, Kollegal, Tumkur, Nelamangala, Doddaballapura, Hosakote, Magadi, Mandya, KR Pete, Ramanagaram, Kanakapura, Hunsur, Gundlupete, Tiptur, Kunigal, Madhugiri.

Qualification:

MBA/PGDM in any specialization (2023, 2024, 2025 pass-outs with certificates mandatory)

Age Criteria:

21 to 28 years preferred

Skills:

• Basic understanding of Loan Against Property and housing finance

• Field sales and customer handling skills

• Ability to verify KYC and property documents

• Coordination skills with internal teams (Operations, Credit, Legal)

• Strong target orientation and follow-up skills

Eligibility:

Fresh MBA graduates with certificates from 2023, 2024, or 2025 batches, interested in a field sales role in financial services.

Requirement:

• Source LAP business through open market, existing customers, balance transfer, and top-ups

• Verify KYC and property documents and conduct field visits for property/business verification

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing until disbursal

• Achieve monthly login and disbursal targets while ensuring adherence to compliance and policies

Basic Salary:

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (₹2.5 – 3 LPA)
